OCA’s fees increased May 1, 2025. A credit card must now be kept on file to book appointments (but if you don’t have a credit card, please talk to Rachel)! Cash & debit payments are still be available.

• If you are a returning patient having acute symptoms (physical or emotional), but the calendar indicates the day is ‘booked’, please text Rachel to see if she can squeeze you in at (613) 413-3804.

• If your symptoms aren’t acute but you’d like to be added to the waitlist for a certain already-booked day, please text or email Rachel the day and your desired time frame. Day-of cancellations happen all the time!

Note: if the schedule says ‘unavailable’ it means Rachel is not in the studio that day

• MELT METHOD WORKSHOPS : In September 2025, Rachel will also be offering a 4-week MELT Foundations series - excellent for those wanting to learn MELT more deeply and get a chance to practice at home. See September calendar on Pranashanti site for details. Her monthly September MELT workshop will be MELT 101 on Saturday, September 20th, 2025.
